East Union FFA was one of the top thirty
East Union FFA was one of the top thirty teams in Iowa that qualified to compete at the State  FFA Soil and Land Evaluaton Contest in Ames. The East Union team of Kanyon Huntington,  Brayden Martinez, Sidney McFee and Brody Grandfield are the STATE CHAMPIONS!  This qualifies them to compete at The National Soil and Land Evaluaton Contest in Oklahoma City this spring! They were the first place team on both the written test portion and the soil pit judging at the competition! Kanyon and Brayden tied for high score on the written test with Kanyon winning first, based on the tiebreaker.  Kanyon was second place individual overall, Brayden twelfth, Sidney thirteenth, and Brody seventeenth. This is proof of their hard work and dedication!
